  1. Download the My Summit Adventures Employee New Hire Paperwork Packet
  2. Contact Jenn Hatch to schedule your intake appointment.  You will be required to fill out an I-9 form to verify eligibility to work in the United States.  *Please refer to list of acceptable documents included in the new hire packet to bring with you to your intake appointment.

    3. Fingerprinting will be done at the intake appointment, cost for fingerprinting is $10.00 (Cash or Check is accepted)
